• Order Process: Orders can be established by contacting our customer service team directly using the submission form. Once all details are finalized and an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.
• Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of order upon delivery of confirmation with the attached invoice. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, checks, and other secure payment options.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or handling fees, which will be calculated at checkout and included within the final invoice.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping: We offer shipping within the United States of America. Shipping times and costs will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
• Delivery: We strive to ensure that your custom computer is delivered within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Hyperion Hardware is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors.

Our setup services include the installation and configuration of your custom computer. These services can be provided on-site or remotely, depending on your location and preferences.

6. Warranty and Returns

• Warranty: All custom computers come with a one-year limited warranty covering hardware defects. Extended warranty options are available for an additional fee.
• Returns: All sales are final and are not eligible for refund at this time.
